JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision, assesses and performs comprehensive analysis on collected wage data, and prepares wage and salary data to facilitate compensation and management functions of organization. Provides a variety of compensation analyses and support, and has an active role on annual processes such as salary planning and bonus cycles. Administers and maintains compensation resources in support of base and variable pay for both domestic and international employees.

Task description

Partakes in the administration and monitoring of the Company’s compensation policies, government regulations concerning payment of minimum wages, overtime pay and industry prevailing rates in order to comply with legal requirements and to establish competitive rates designed to attract, retain and motivate employees.

Assists in the administration, maintenance and processing of variable pay plans. Maintains employee eligibility records up to date, updates data tables in REWARD Navigator and may generate and distribute variable plan summaries and individual bonus letters pre/post awards.

Participates in compensation related wage surveys and the related data analysis. Partners with units/divisions/department managers in the job matching and documentation efforts to ensure positions are externally competitive and internally equitable.

May be required to participate in market analysis for executive compensation and serve as liaison with local and overseas consultants for executive position evaluations.

Maintains compensation related data tables in HRIS and REWARD Navigator platforms and may be required to generate ad-hoc reports and run system audits in efforts to ensure data integrity for compensation related processes.

Implements and administers Compensation related technology and acts as an administrator and tester of online tools involved in salary planning and bonus administration.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):

-At least three years of compensation analysis experience (need strong analysis skills as they will look at trends, market data, recommendations, etc.)

-Base knowledge of bonus, executive compensation, or variable compensation

-Experience working on an HR platform 

-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (will need to be able to create formulas, v-look ups, pivot tables, summaries, etc.)

-Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
