Here are the duties of this role:
Receiving and processing calls from customers
Maintaining service call reports
Communicate with vendors to place orders, check prices, track shipments
Provide efficient and effective communication with customers and employees
Issue Purchase Orders
Complete reports to prepare for billing
Maintain various tracking logs
Assist with preparing sales proposals
