Client Services Associate position open in Downtown Orlando

SHIFT:  Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Skills and experience needed:

3+ years in office support role

Strong business acumen

Strong communication skills – bilingual (Spanish) preferred

PREFERENCES:

  • Background in events/hospitality
  • PowerPoint, Adobe and Publisher experience a plus

JOB DUTIES:

This position is a blend of receptionist duties (20%) and the remainder of the role is in office services support and assisting the Operations Manager.

  • Creating a professional, warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Scheduling/coordinating meeting spaces, events and services
  • Receiving, sorting and delivering mail and incoming packages
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Providing administrative services as needed
  • Assisting with monthly billing

PAY and BENEFITS:

In addition to 10 paid holiday's and generous PTO, there is a comprehensive benefit package offered, including Medical insurance and 401k.

Starting rate is $16/hour
