We are seeking an Cash Management Specialist for our client in Winter Park, FL.  This is a wonderful, stable, direct hire opportunity to work for a growing and fun organization.  

Requirements for the Role: 

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of office experience in banking operations or accounting field required
  • Ability to analyze bank account information and process accurately
  • Ability to operate 10-key by touch
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Intermediate- Advanced Excel Skills
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge

Preferred Experience

  • Associates Degree

Description: 

In the role of Cash Management Specialist: Establish and monitor bank accounts for Company and related business entities to ensure that debits and credits are accurate and properly documented; ensure that accounts are adequately funded to transact business and forecast cash needs.

  • Monitor and review activity and balances for all general and saving bank accounts on a daily basis.
  • Track deposit and check transactions.
  • Notify Treasury Manager if bank account is not adequately funded or is over funded.
  • Maintain and balance various worksheet reconciliations, as assigned.
  • Establish new bank accounts as needed; serve as liaison with banks and assist with problem solving.
  • Ensure maximum performance of all general and saving bank accounts is being achieved.
  • Responsible for all cash transfers.

Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri. 8am-5pm (permanent position)

We observe 8 paid holidays per year. Eligibility and specific days observed may vary depending on the work location and position with the company. Full-time and part-time employees accrue sick time varying by state per hour paid, prorated from your date of hire. 


Vacation!!!
Unless otherwise specified by your recruiter, based on work location and position with the company, regular full-time employees can accrue 10 days of annual vacation, beginning on the first day of work per paid hour (prorated in your first year based on your hire date). If you have an alternative work schedule, you may accrue vacation at a different rate.
