Tews Company has a full-time opportunity available for a Business Systems Analyst.  The position will provide technical support to our clients customers, sales, & operations teams. The role will include the coordination of scheduling and implementing of client systems across the organization's network. Work efforts include technical customer support and handling sales rep inquiries, building client quotes, managing requests through the Client Systems Request Log; assist in the development of the new and existing accounts; assist with updating and maintaining customer software and equipment; and general administrative support needs. The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the line of business designated IT liaison for client Systems. They will interact frequently with clients, business owners, end users, service desk and IT project teams and serve as a subject matter expert. Finally, the person in this position will be central to assisting with training and problem management activities affecting the systems this position supports.


  • Communicate directly with the customer to organize and schedule appropriate systems configuration; Ensure excellent customer experience supported by a scorecard;
  • Interface directly with software vendors to arrange hardware shipment, customer training and database conversion, as required;
  • Coordinate a process to validate customer maintenance payments and/or purchase of organization's products before renewing maintenance contracts;
  • Provide “Subject Matter Expert” support for client systems user training, and local applications technical support; Support may require utilization of vendor support for issues related to company operations and home office departments (i.e. finance invoices); works with Sales, & operations inquiries to secure new or further existing opportunities .
  • Work with Sales & Operations Managers to develop budget proposals, objectives and timelines to deliver against an agreed strategy regarding current and new systems;
  • Manage Client Systems Asset Tracking (inventory management)
  • Perform customer installs on-site with the support of the system. Provide training knowledge and documentation for customer training. Some travel is expected. Conduct on site customer training, as required;
  • Help to develop Business Requirements for a new system to help track of client systems inventory and approval process
  • Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities and projects, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent business experience;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Technology or related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training end users in systems use;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects; must have excellent interpersonal, training and presentation skills in addition to strong analytic skills;
  • Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
