A Florida-based property management company in SW Orlando is looking for an administrative assistant with HOA or condo management experience.
- Previous homeowners association industry experience - REQUIRED!
- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish - REQUIRED
- Florida Notary or interest in getting it
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Good phone skills
- Good at multitasking
- Must be a “people-person”
- Positive attitude, personable and polite
- Greet visitors and answer the phone
- Answer questions and document issues and concerns
- Manually file resident documentation – extensive amount of filing
- General office administrative duties
SHIFT: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Starting hourly pay rate is: $17 to $19/hour, based on experience
