A Florida-based property management company in SW Orlando is looking for an administrative assistant with HOA or condo management experience.

  • Previous homeowners association industry experience - REQUIRED!
  • Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish - REQUIRED
  • Florida Notary or interest in getting it
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Good phone skills
  • Good at multitasking
  • Must be a “people-person”
  • Positive attitude, personable and polite


  • Greet visitors and answer the phone
  • Answer questions and document issues and concerns
  • Manually file resident documentation – extensive amount of filing
  • General office administrative duties

SHIFT:  Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

DRESS CODE/ATTIRE:  Upscale Business casual
