Admin needed for a Property Management Group! 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones
  • Speak with clients and vendors in a professional manner
  • Scan, file and organize monthly bills
  • Retrieve and distribute mail
  • Draft and mail letters
  • Prepare documents for signature
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Prepare daily bank deposits 

Skills:

  • Detail oriented
  • Able to multi-task
  • Organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a small office setting
  • Flexible and able to adapt

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
