Admin needed for a Property Management Group!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phones
- Speak with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Scan, file and organize monthly bills
- Retrieve and distribute mail
- Draft and mail letters
- Prepare documents for signature
- Maintain confidentiality
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Detail oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Problem solver
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a small office setting
- Flexible and able to adapt
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Office located in Winter Park area!
