Admin. Assistant - Supporting commercial Interior Design Organization
Provide back-up when needed to the receptionist; answering phones, greeting clients and assisting with mail
Maintain filing system, copying/scanning as needed.
Ensure company files stored off-site are secure and current
Proofread and prepare proposals
Receive and distribute postal mail, UPS and FEDEX
Order and stock kitchen and office supplies
Position skills requirements
2-3 years of experience in administrative support or similar role
Ability to communicate well across all levels
Good typing and data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook and Excel
Professional attitude and demeanor
This is a new position due to company growth.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
Office location is in Downtown Orlando
