This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team including database maintenance, development of marketing information systems including: resumes, project descriptions, and project photos, proposal support, and coordination of collateral materials. Additional responsibilities include break time relief for the receptionist, assistance with organizing internal corporate events, assisting with social media objectives, and conducting various general administrative duties.

Essential job requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel required 
  • InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with various Social Media Platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks
  • Deadline oriented
  • Willingness to take on a variety of office tasks

Salary is $35,000
