Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant

Privately owned environmental consulting firm, in Downtown Orlando area, looking for an all-around administrative assistant who will also assist the president with day to day duties.  We need someone who is self-motivated, multi-tasker, detail-oriented and a definite people person.  The ideal candidate’s duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Answering phones

Data entry

Filing (electronic & paper)

Office Inventory

Vehicle Inventory

Ordering supplies

Proposal Entries

Run errands

Scanning & emailing

Keep up email contacts

Scheduling appointments

Making reservations

Filing & Tracking of job permits

Light Quickbooks functions

Microsoft Office proficiency

Other Miscellaneous Office tasks

This will be a full-time position, Mon-Fri 8:30-5, and will involve running errands often, so you must have a valid driver’s license. 

$16-18/hour - depending on experience
