A company in downtown Orlando is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in  the engineering or construction industry!

This person will oversee all administrative activities in support of the engineering department as they work on construction, design, feasibility studies and environmental impact studies

Office hours are: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years Engineering or Construction industry office experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, honest and hardworking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PPT
  • Proficient in creating and managing Excel spreadsheets
  • Understanding of engineering/construction terminology
