Hospitality Group in South Orlando is looking for a hard working and dedicated administrative assistant to join their growing international marketing team. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):

  • Self-starter
  • Engaging
  • Comfortable asking questions
  • Attention to detail
  • This person must have worked with VP/Executives
  • Advanced in Excel and PPT is a must

The person will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Creating Expense reports
  • Assisting with shipments both domestic and international
  • Handling courier requests
  • Maintain the calendar of events on the member website
  • Schedule meetings
  • Order business cards, name badges and nameplates
  • Meeting set up and tear down
  • Maintain office supply and inventory collateral orders
  • Maintain global marketing procedures
  • Other duties as requested
