A legal company in South Orlando is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This position will support the whole office with projects and perform reception duties and minor accounting.
- Minimum of two years of administrative assistant experience with a preference in the area of law and/or accounting
- Strong Adobe X experience
- Light accounting experience, AP and AR
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of client organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented; noticing and addressing the challenges of a growing office
- Legal experience preferred
- Flexibility to meet changing needs
