A legal company in South Orlando is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This position will support the whole office with projects and perform reception duties and minor accounting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of administrative assistant experience with a preference in the area of law and/or accounting
  • Strong Adobe X experience 
  • Light accounting experience, AP and AR
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of client organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented; noticing and addressing the challenges of a growing office
  • Legal experience preferred 
  • Flexibility to meet changing needs
