Are you currently not working? Do you have accounting experience? Tews Company is partnered with a leading education system in need of an Accounting Specialist -LTT (6 months) to join their growing team on a contract basis!
The position is primarily responsible for processing employee travel expenditures and reimbursements other than travel, which includes but not limited to reimbursing travelers for out-of-pocket expenses, paying vendors for travel-related expenses, maintaining encumbrances, reconciling accounts and preparing accounting reports. Must always exercise good customer service in carrying out respective responsibilities.
Up to 6 months
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):
- 3 years of accounting experience
- 1 year of travel expenditures and reimbursement experience
- Bachelor’s degree
