Position Summary:

Performs a variety of general accounting support with a focus on customer payments and collections.

  • Reconciling Returns with Vendor Credits
  • Customer assistance (invoices, phones, email)
  • Issuing Credits to Customers
  • Credit Card Processing
  • Create New Accounts
  • Customer assistance (invoices, phones, email)
  • Setup Internet Users
  • Assisting with Month End
  • Maintain Customer Records
  • Follow up on Customer Requests
  • Posting to Accounts Receivable
  • Collections
  • Researching inconsistencies with payments
  • Customer Credit References


Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Requirements for the position:

  • Attention to detail
  • Reconciliations (either bank or credit card)
  • AR experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong data entry skills

Benefits Information:
