A client in North Orlando is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to start immediately!

Looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with the following experience:

  • Perform daily audits of processed invoices for accuracy
  • Handle correcting entries
  • Heavy invoice processing and spreadsheet tracking
  • Provide daily customer service by answering phone calls and email inquiries regarding invoice status, payment history and possible discrepancies
  • Provide statistical information of audit findings
  • Review invoices for correct approval, G/L coding, and accuracy
  • Ensure timely payments of invoices


  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and high-volume 10-key
  • Superior verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum of five years Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
  • Associates Degree in Accounting a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong data entry skills

Requirements for consideration: 

  • Clear criminal background
  • The ability to complete an AP & 10-key data entry test
