Ticketing Specialist needed for August-December with a company near the Fashion Square Mall!
The contract will be from August - December working Monday's and Thursday's ONLY from 8-5.
They will train this person who comes on board for the following job duties:
- Have a thorough understanding of customer health data
- Own the metrics and reporting of customer health
- Monitor and communicate with customers about the progress of their customer health on a weekly basis
- Partner and communicate with CSA to help customers improve when poor health habits emerge
- Identify positive or negative customer habit trends to influence changes in product or process
