Do you have the following knowledge, skills and abilities?
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook and Excel
Associates Degree or a Bachelor's degree
A customer service mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in the Financial Services and/or Banking industry
2-14 Life and Variable Annuity License (a big plus if you do!)

Provide office support to sales and service team members
Daily service support (phone, e-mail, fax, etc.) to clients/customers
Prepare and process new account paperwork and account transfers
Update clients on account status, changes, transfers via phone and mail
Assist with answering questions and providing service support to clients
Maintain and update database and client accounts
