Non-profit organization headquartered in Orlando is looking for a collaborative Senior HR Director with significant employee relations, recruitment and supervisory experience!

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities needed:

Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP a plus

5+ years of experience in a HR management role

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Social service industry background a big plus

Demonstrated experience with recruiting and recruiting strategy

Duties/Responsibilities to include:

Will manage all employees (10) in the HR department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department.

Review and make recommendations to CEO for improvement of the organizational policies, procedures and practices on HR matters.

Manage and lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of recruiters.

Responsible for the recruitment process and the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.

Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with federal and state and legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.

Responsible for the management of the relationships with the employees.  Will ensure that fair and consistent treatment is extended to all employees 

Consult with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on HR matters.

Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position may require additional hours.

Starting Annual Salary range:  $80K to $95K
