A growing construction company in North Orlando is looking for an experienced well-rounded Payroll Coordinator to join their corporate office team. The ideal candidate will possess superior time management, excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years payroll experience
  • Billing/AR Experience
  • Strong organization and time management skill

Preferred Experience: 

  • Construction experience
  • ADP Experience
  • A Notary
  • Prior Accounting Software knowledge; Peachtree or Foundations experience

Company Information and Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Health Benefits will start on the 1st of the month AFTER their permanent placement.
  • $10,000 Life Insurance (provided by company) - Employee can add it if they choose.
  • 401K (Eligible after 6 months, however, they only offer it in June and January)
