Company in Winter Park, Florida is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to help out for a 4 month contract! 

 ** Must have SharePoint experience to qualify ** 

This person will be working within the HR Department to :

  • organize records
  • cleaning out files
  • cleaning out Outlook
  • answer the phones for the receptionist during overflow and the Receptionist’s lunch.

The majority of this person's time will be spent doing data management in Sharepoint. This person will also develop Sharepoint training for the other employees. They must understand data and will be building and compiling spreadsheets in Sharepoint under OneDrive (they both sync).

 

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

$15/hour
