Our faith based client is looking to add a temp in their Human Resources department. An ideal candidate would have experience in several or all of the following HR functions:

  • Time & attendance and payroll
  • Benefits- medical, dental, vision, 401K
  • Maintaining personnel files according to government standards
  • Employee relations
  • Recruiting- looking through resumes, communication with candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews
  • Onboarding- running background checks, collecting new hire paperwork, logistics for new hire’s first day
  • Employee Exit logistics
  • Other admin tasks- purchase orders, payment of invoices, employment verification, updating spreadsheets

Main office is in Sanford but might travel to their office in Lake Mary from time to time.
