A fantastic, growing company near the Mall at Millenia is looking for a Financial Revenue Analyst to add to their team. This newly created role will be vital to the company's future growth!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with VP to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin expansion across the network and provides project leadership for the development and implementation of strategies and processes to realize identified opportunities
  • Leads monthly business review discussions with local and area leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Works with individual location leadership to develop localized strategies at a site level
  • Works collaboratively as a business partner with marketing, operations, IT, HR and finance departments to achieve successful outcomes
  • Working with the VP and Planning & Analysis team, develops, implements, reviews, and provides ongoing monitoring of key performance drivers throughout budgeting processes, forecasts, strategic plans and other financial models to assist management with current and long range planning
  • Assists with effective and accurate forecasting models on a regular basis and partners with management to interpret results and plan corrective action where needed
  • Understands data sources and business processes to conclude upon a "source of truth" to support the integrity of analytics and improve information flows
  • Serves as a resource in evaluating acquisitions, organic growth initiatives and other business initiatives and provides the necessary solutions and recommendations
  • Performs various research analysis to support decision-making and strategy formulation for senior business executives
  • Performs related duties as assigned by the VP Revenue Management & Business Analytics
  • Maintains compliance with all Company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in a consulting, finance, or management role
  • Prior project management experience
  • Strong communication and relationship skills, emotional intelligence and unimpeachable business ethics
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Understanding of value drivers and technology advances
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strategic thinking; conceptual and analytical
  • Advanced ability to make decisions based on financial and business analytics
  • Experience in a consulting role is preferred
  • 10-20% travel
