The Receptionist position is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phones, and supporting the team with administrative requests.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Greet visitors warmly, escort them to their destination, and offer them a beverage; notify persons waiting for visitor
  • Answer phones and route them appropriately, or forward to voicemail if needed
  • Answer general inquiries about the firm
  • Validate parking tickets and track names in the logbook
  • Maintain calendars for conference rooms
  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing FedEx and courier packages
  • Maintain cleanliness of conference rooms after meetings
  • Schedule Lunch & Learns with vendors and recommend restaurants to the host for catering
  • Maintain and order office supplies, water and sodas
  • Notify employees when a package is delivered
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the employee and catering kitchens
  • Answer phones for tenants and reserve meeting space for them when requested
  • Set out food and beverages for meetings
  • Perform basic filing and clerical duties
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Temp To Hire - Pay Rate, $14.00/hour - Downtown Orlando - Benefits Package
