A growing company in the East Orlando area has an opening for a Claims Administrator.  

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office:  Word, Outlook and Excel
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare claims 
  • Customer Service mentality
  • A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
  • Personable and well-mannered

Position Responsibilities to include: 

  • Key new claims.
  • Adjudicate claims in accordance with applicable agreements, fee schedule guidelines, and Medicare Secondary Payer standards.
  • Authorize/deny purchase orders from medical supply vendors.
  • Authorize/deny prescriptions fills from pharmacies.
  • Coordinate benefits between payers, providers, and miscellaneous third parties.
  • Assist in the processing and mailing of weekly check run.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


$16.00 to $16.50/hr
