A client located in downtown Orlando is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team! 


          Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant

Position Description:

         Very fast paced bookkeeping during tax season. They will complete journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, A/P, A/R, and print reconciliation reports. This person will be responsible for organizing all the taxes for their clients.  They will also answer all inbound calls, schedule appointments and send out mailers.  


         Outside of tax season: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm with one-hour lunch

         Tax Season: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with one-hour lunch

Minimum Experience:

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • AP/AR experience
  • Reconciliation and GL experience
  • Software savvy
  • Detailed oriented and organized 
  • Performed Administrative responsibilities 
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) 


  • QuickBooks
  • Accounting CS Software

Start Date:

         Monday, November 13th


        5 Vacation days per year
