An exciting job opportunity exists with a successful and growing company in Lake Mary, Florida. We are seeking a self motivated, energetic person to add to our customer support department. The ideal candidate will be very organized, have a great attention to detail, strong work ethic and can speak Portuguese and English fluently as we have several locations internationally and are in need of someone who can communicate with members who speak Portuguese.

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our Distributors might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

•Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

•Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

•Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

•Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

•Meet personal/team Quality and call handling quotas

•Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

•Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

•Take the extra mile to engage customers

The hourly pay for this position is starting at $13.00.

Bilingual Portuguese speaking is required
