Benefits Administrator-CONTRACT (2 months)
Winter Park, Florida | Contract
***MUST have 3-5 years Benefits experience and ADP is required***
- 401k (conversion, enrollments, etc…) Our client converted to ADP on 9/1, so they need someone to help manage this.
- Management of all health programs (enrollment, communication with carrier, reconciliation of bills, etc)
- Payroll every other Friday (supporting our Payroll Manager in this task)
- Unemployment claims.
- Management of Anniversary program
- FMLA (There are not a lot of FMLA issues going on at this time.)
- Gym Membership reimbursements on a quarterly basis
- Uploading of funds into HSA accounts
- Managing Family Fund (corporate giving program)
