You are:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in hospitality, real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, or other related fields.
- Asset management specific experience.
- Development and/or real estate cash flow modeling experience
- Strong understanding of lodging Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and USALI
- Experience with revenue management, use of STR reports, and other industry systems and resources are highly preferred
- Ability to reconcile perspectives and priorities of ownership, on-site property operations, above-property management, and brand initiatives through effective influencing of all key stakeholders
- Strong relationship management skills

What you will do?
The Asset Manager will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of geographically diverse private residence clubs and boutique hotel assets within the Company portfolio.
Essential Job Functions:
- Analysis and review of portfolio performance including recommendations and critiques for property management teams on all aspects of operations, financial efficiencies, sales and marketing, business plans, capital investments, etc.
- Participate in periodic revenue management strategy meetings as held by each property
- Meet with property teams to review monthly operating performance, annual business plans and longer term strategic plans
- Participate in periodic board meetings for each property
- Proactively identify and resolve ownership issues to maintain the integrity of the assets
- Interact with management partners to effectively identify asset performance issues and collectively determine successful action plans
- Evaluate property leadership effectiveness and provide timely, actionable feedback designed to support the GMs in the execution of their responsibilities
- Track and identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction experiences and online reputation Identify and implement value enhancement opportunities at assigned properties and overall portfolio
- Keep current on markets affecting the hospitality industry and specifically the markets in which the assets are situated, including supply and demand changes and trends
- Research competitive properties and real estate markets and providing asset performance analysis based on market conditions
- Monitor capital improvement plans and any potential revenue displacement
- Review, negotiate, and support the execution of legal contracts, agreements, easements, etc.
- Formulate and make recommendations to the Executive Committee and property management for short and long-term strategic plans for the assets
- Analyze and track of return on investment for the assets as well as profit improving projects, either implemented or proposed
What Technologies You will be Working With:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including complex financial modeling through Excel, the preparation of Asset Management reports, action plans, commentary, and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
