Administrative Assistant to Property Manager
Overview:

We are searching for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing organization, assisting our dedicated Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency and providing top-notch service to our tenants and clients. Required Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic skills required)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Experience with property management software, preferably Yardi
Other Requirements:
- Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
