Administrative Assistant needed for a company in Orlando! 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of recent administrative experience preferred
  • Proactive in problem solving and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook to handle scheduling 
  • proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel 

Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm 

Duties Include:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Manages a variety of special projects for the President, some of which may have organizational impact.
  • Prioritize activities and follow-through on projects to successful completion.
