Administrative Assistant needed for a company in Orlando!
We are looking for someone with:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of recent administrative experience preferred
- Proactive in problem solving and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook to handle scheduling
- proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Manages a variety of special projects for the President, some of which may have organizational impact.
- Prioritize activities and follow-through on projects to successful completion.
