Part Time Administrative Assistant ~ Construction Company in North West Orlando

(Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:00-4:00) 

Requirements -

  • Must have a few years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Must test Intermediate to Advanced in MS Word & Excel
  • Must have a proven track record of being reliable and dependable

Brief Job Description - Answer Phones (not receptionist), Inputting invoices, light Account Payables and Account Receivables (Experience in QuickBooks is preferred) Other general administrative duties.

$14.00/hour temp to hire

No benefits will be offered due to the part time hours
