Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Winter Park Accounting Firm is in search of a highly organized professional to assist with Tax Season back office responsibilities as well as reception backup for the overall office.
- Thinking approximately 20 hours per week maybe more during peak tax times (Feb 15-April 15 and July 15-Sept 15)
- Needs excellent organizational skills and ability to follow instructions and insure all T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted.
- Back office for Tax Season. Not actual Tax Preparation but everything else to assist:
- Scanning and filing of documents for DMS (Document Management System)
- Assembling Tax Returns and Mailing them out - everything except for the actual preparation of the return
- Coordination of Year End Letters and Organizers to prep for the next Tax Season – coordinate materials and send out.
- MS Office / Advanced Excel a must.
- Past experience in CPA/Accounting office environment. QuickBooks a plus.
