PAY RATE:
$70-90,000 Based on Experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
· 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience minimum
· Strong Manager experience
· Construction AR experience
· Strong analytical skills
· Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
· Values teamwork and collaboration

JOB DESCRIPTION:    
This role manages the staff members and processes within the Accounts Receivable department, and ensures that the department operates smoothly, maintain accurate and complete records, handles billing and collections from clients, with the support of the Accounts Receivable staff members.                            
Specific Duties & Tasks:
· Administration – provide support, guidance and leadership for the collections team, including performance evaluation and reviews.
· Collections – lead the collections team on collections for all business units – Service, Retail, New Construction & Commercial.
· Billing – understand the billing process to ensure accurate and timely billing for collections.
· AIA Billing – oversee AIA billing for Commercial division to ensure document compliance.
· Notice to Owners – oversee the NTO process.
· Lien releases – oversee the lien release process.
· Collection Letters – send collection and demand letters accordingly.
· Legal – administer litigation process with legal team.
· NSFs, chargebacks & refunds – follow through the processes for resolution.
· Write-offs – determine validity of potential revenue write-offs, approve and process.
· Reporting – weekly aging reports to executive team.
· Month-end – prepare reports and financial statement reconciliation.
· Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned.
