A company in Kissimmee is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Associate/Bookkeeping Specialist!  

Fulltime:  Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm - IMMEDIATE OPENING! APPLY NOW!

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities needed:

Strong Accounts Receivable experience

Solid knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks

Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred

Reliable and organized

Experience in the property management industry a plus

Job Description:

  1. Apply payments, make deposits
  2. Scan check deposits in draft capture scanner
  3. Check treasury management for all ACH payments and update QB
  4. Check all leases and renewals from agents
  5. Turn off/on utilities
  6. Create 3 and 5 day notices, NSF letters, claim on security letters
  7. Close out expired tenants, send checks, claim deposits, write off. etc.
  8. Run A/R aging reports
  9. Post late payment fees
  10. Create monthly rent change letters, scan, mail
  11. Create and send new residential leases
  12. File AP invoices
  13. Take payments at window
  14. Answer phone and help in lobby
  15. Follow up on delinquent accounts and incorrect payment amounts with phone calls, letters, email
  16. Keep track of all mortgages, amortizing payments and ending balloon dates
  17. Enter all closings in QB (new purchases and sales)
  18. Post next month rent due, send statements to associations
  19. Enter time sheets, create invoices for maintenance employees
  20. Set up new companies in Property Boss, import QB files making corrections
  21. Enter all executed leases, renewals in Property Boss, scan and set up in Front drive
  22. Fill in estoppels from attorneys, title companies for selling, buying property
  23. Enter all current tenants and lease amounts in spreadsheets for budgets
  24. After budgets, calculate all new cam figures for each tenant, update each in Property Boss, create letter for each tenant, scan, mail
  25. Send proposed and actual real estate bills to land leases, bill non cam paying tenants year end cam, insurance and taxes
  26. Various projects, creating rent rolls, checking listing info, follow-up with tenants for renewals, review newly purchased property leases, send letters to newly purchased tenants
