As an Account Manager, you will be working directly with private high school’s international admissions departments and acts as a liaison between prospective international high school students and their agents, and the private high schools. The Account Manager assesses the prospective student's educational needs and explains the benefits and objectives of the programs offered by their company and the represented schools. This position requires a customer focused attitude, an ability to meet challenges head-on and a passion for changing lives through education. This position requires the flexibility to work evening and weekend hours, and in certain instances, may be called upon to monitor students over 24 hour periods.
Conducts online interviews, and e-mail correspondence to identify international high school student prospects to determine their educational needs, concerns and interests.
Coordinates and facilitates application process with the students and the school admissions team.
Closely assists and mentors the schools’ admissions departments.
Actively works to help maintain Company goals.
Participates in school retention efforts by maintaining productive contact with schools through graduation.
Actively participates in special recruiting promotional activities.
Must be available to occasionally work evening and/or weekend hours
-Ability to communicate and persuade others.
-Possess strong interpersonal skills such as the ability to build cooperative relationships with a diverse customer base by being perceptive of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
-Ability to operate in high-stress environment with little supervision.
-Previous proven success in presenting sales or training material.
-Efficiently and effectively utilize a personal computer and related software including Microsoft Office, the Internet and Recruitment/Interviewing database
Hourly pay starting at $17-18/hour ~ Excellent Benefit Package
