AP Clerk needed for a client in Altamonte Springs! 


The person in this role will be performing a variety of general accounting support with a focus on receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

  • Issues credits to customers
  • Set up client accounts
  • Send out uniforms for one client
  • Reviews invoices, credits, and re-bills for two large wholesalers who send consolidated invoices
  • Reconciling Returns with Vendor Credits
  • Issuing Credits to Customers
  • Reconciling Vendor Invoices to Purchase Orders & Customer Invoices
  • Prepare Vendor Invoices for Payment
  • Credit Card Processing
  • Assisting with Uniform processing (specific customer)
  • Create New Accounts
  • Setup Internet Users
  • Assisting with Month End
  • Maintain Customer Records
  • Filing
  • Faxing
  • Mailing
  • Followup on Customer Requests
  • Posting to Accounts
  • Receivable Collections
  • Researching inconsistencies with payments
  • Credit Reference Checks
  • Customer Credit References
  • Entering Vendor Invoices for Payment

Requirements for this role: 

  • Computer savvy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • AP knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong data entry skills 

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
