*REMOTE CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY*
Ideally seeking someone in the Orlando, Florida area or Philadelphia, PA area as may need to go in office from time to time.


HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST needed for a dynamic, multi-site organization!

$33-$38/hour, depending on experience

Contract Length: 6 months


You are:
  • HS diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or 3 years directly related experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (PeopleSoft) and reporting tools.
  • Experience with leave management (FMLA, ADA, compliance).
  • Solid knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations.
  • Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, transportation, in a multi-site environment experience preferred.

What you will do?
The HR Generalist supports the HR department in core functions including leave management, employee relations, workforce analytics, HR reporting, policy development, compliance, and HR initiatives.

Key priorities include:
  • Leave Management: Oversee intake, tracking, and compliance for FMLA, ADA, etc. (currently housed under Safety & Compliance; transitioning to outsourcing).
  • Employee Relations: Intake/documentation of employee concerns; assist with investigations; support resolution strategies with leadership.
  • Workforce Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, analyze data, present insights to HR/leadership.
  • Budget Analysis & Workforce Planning: Track HR budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Policy & SOP Updates: Review and update policies as needed.
  • General HR Support: Training records, compliance support, performance metrics, and ad hoc HR projects.
